After having bought and renovated 5 houses in both, England and Scotland and enjoying every bit of the journey, even the never ending painting decorating and tiling, I decided to take the bull by the horns and study Interior Design at The National Design Academy in Nottingham.

After completing my course and passing (thankfully) I decided to open a little shop.

SOS Interiors was born...

I have now been open on Britania Road in the lovely village of Slaithwaite (and closed during 3 lockdowns) since October 2019.

I was lucky enough to persuade my friend of 25 years to help me out a couple of mornings a week too.

I offer an interior design service, bespoke soft furnishings including curtains, blinds and cushions.

We also offer an upholstery service and sell gifts and accessories for the home.
